Create your rewards program
Create your Zolu Loyalty program with stamps or points, a reward, levels, your colors and a birthday reward, then activate it and share the link customers join at.

Zolu Loyalty is a rewards card your customers keep on their phone. There is no app to download. You choose how they earn, what they win and how it looks. Only owners and admins can create or change the program.
Turn on Loyalty
Open All and, under Grow, tap Loyalty · Activate. We turn it on and your 14-day trial starts that day.
Only owners and admins see the button. A member sees a note to ask an owner or admin. We ask for your card later, before your trial ends; if you add it in time, nothing stops.
Create the program
Open Loyalty in your workspace and go to Programs.
Fill in the fields below.
Tap Save program.
Your program starts as a Draft. Customers can't join it yet.
Your account includes 2 loyalty cards (programs); each extra one is $10/mo. To add another, tap New program in Programs.
The basics
Program name: what customers see, like "Café Lumbre Rewards".
The reward: one line, like "A free drink every 10 visits".
How customers earn: choose Stamps or Points.
Hours between adds: how long a card must wait before it can earn again. The same card can earn again after this.
Minimum age: customers confirm they are this age or older when they join.
If you choose Stamps
Add up to 3 Steps. Each step says At stamp (the stamp where it's earned) and its reward. The last step is the end of the card.
For example, at Café Lumbre: at stamp 5, The customer picks coffee, dessert or gelato; at stamp 10, $10 off.
Each step a customer reaches goes to their Ready rewards. They redeem it whenever they want, even after they pass the next step.
At the last step the card starts over by itself. Extra stamps carry over to the new card.
Ready rewards last (days): after that, an unredeemed reward expires. 90 days by default.
If you choose Points
Points per visit or Points per dollar: how much a customer earns each time.
Minimum purchase for visit points ($): visit points only count from that amount. Points per dollar always count. 0 means every visit earns them.
Rewards: tap Add a reward. Give each one a name and a Cost in points. A reward can be one item, a choice (The customer picks) or $ off, like 100 points = $5 off.
Levels (points programs)
Levels reward your best customers. For each level, set:
Level name
Starts at (points)
Points multiplier: for example, a level that earns ×2.
Level color
Level perk, like "Free size upgrade"
Bonus points on reaching this level
Then choose Levels count points from the last 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. A customer keeps their level for that long after they last qualified. After that, they move down if they no longer reach it.
Colors
Under Pass colors, pick the Background, Text and Labels colors. They show on the customer's card.
Birthday reward
The birthday reward is a paid extra. Ask the Zolu team to turn it on for your business. Then, in the Birthday reward section, turn on Give a birthday reward.
Choose Points or Stamps.
Enter how many to give, from 1 to 1,000.
Tap Save.
On their birthday, customers who shared it get the gift on their card, once a year. Their phone shows "Happy birthday!". It's off by default. The gift doesn't count toward levels.
Activate it
In Programs, tap Activate. The status changes from Draft to Active.
Under Customers join at you'll find your link, like zolu.me/l/…. Share it, or The counter QR and how customers join for the register.
To stop adding for a while, tap Pause. Cards stay as they are. To change anything later, tap Edit program.

A "loyalty card" is a loyalty program. A register can be a phone or tablet connected with a PIN, or an owner or admin account that scans while signed in.
Good to know
Customers choose what they share when they join: their name and email, and optionally their phone and birthday.
On the Loyalty page you'll see Members, Visits this week, Rewards · 30 days, Came back in 30 days and Points issued this week.
Customers can add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or keep it as a web card.
