Connect a register with a PIN, and your locations
Connect the store iPad or phone as a register with a PIN, without a Zolu account, and tell Zolu which location each register is in.
On this page
A register with a PIN is the store's iPad or phone. It adds stamps and points and redeems rewards without a Zolu account. It can only scan and confirm: no contacts, lists or settings.
Only owners and admins can connect registers and set up locations.
1. Add your locations
If you have more than one store, add each one. Every visit and reward remembers where it happened.
Open Loyalty and go to Settings.
Under Locations, type the Name, like "Lumbre Centro". The Address is optional.
Choose the Time zone and tap Add location.
With one store you don't need any. To stop using a location, tap Deactivate. Nothing is deleted.
Loyalty is priced per business account: it includes 2 loyalty cards, 3 registers and up to 10 locations. Extra register $5/mo. See Create your rewards program for the full price.
2. Connect the register
The same registers work for Zolu Club perks and for Loyalty cards.
In Loyalty, go to Register & team and tap Connect a register.
Type a Device name, like "Lumbre counter iPad", and tap Connect a register.
You'll see a 6-digit PIN and a link. They're valid for a few minutes and you'll only see them once.
On the store device, open app.getzolu.com/register, type the PIN and tap Connect this device. You can also open the link on that device.
3. Choose its location
Back in Loyalty → Register, under Registers with a PIN, choose the Location of each register. From then on, every visit added there is saved with that location.
Using the register
At the top, choose Loyalty card. (Club perk is for Zolu Club passes.)
Scan the card or type its code, then tap Check.
For points, type the Purchase amount ($). Tap Add stamp or Add points.
To redeem a reward, tap it under Ready rewards and tap Redeem.
If a device is lost
In Club → Perks you offer → Register mode, tap Disconnect next to it. The device will only show "This device was disconnected".
