The counter QR and how customers join
Download the counter QR as a PNG or PDF to print at the register, and see how customers join your rewards, add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and get it back by email.

The counter QR lets customers join your rewards in seconds. Print it, put it at the register, and they scan it with their phone.
Get the counter QR
Open Loyalty → Counter QR. Your program must be Active.
Download it:
PNG to print (300 DPI) for a sharp print.
PDF (letter) to print on regular paper.
The QR uses your program's colors and says Join our rewards. It leads to the same link you see under Customers join at.
Test it first. Scan the QR with your own phone before you print it.
How a customer joins
The customer scans the QR with their phone camera. No app is needed.
They see your program and Join {program}.
They fill in their First name and Email. Phone is optional. If you have the Birthday reward extra, they can also add their Birthday (MM/DD, like 04/21).
If they want, they turn on I want offers from {business} by email and on my card. It's off unless they turn it on.
They tap Get my card. The line under the button says what they accept: that they're old enough and that you keep their name and email for the card. There are no boxes to check.
Each email has one card. When they join, they also get an email with the link to their card.
Already have a card?
If a customer lost their card or changed phones:
On the join page, they tap Already have a card?
They type the email they joined with and tap Email me my card.
They get an email with the link to their card. Their balance is still there.
If they try to join again with the same email, Zolu doesn't make a second card: it emails them the link to the one they have.
At the register you can also send it for them. See Add stamps or points at the register.
Add the card to the phone
After joining, the customer sees You're in and their card.
Every business with Loyalty gets Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers see the button to add their card at zolu.me, right after joining and in the welcome email.
On an iPhone, they see the Add to Apple Wallet button. Wallet is the easiest way to show the card at the register.
On Android, they see the Add to Google Wallet button.
On a computer, they see both buttons and a QR code to open the card on their phone.
The pass carries your program's name, colors and logo, and it updates by itself with every stamp or reward.
If Wallet isn't available at that moment, the card still works. They just show the web page at the register.
What the customer shows
The card shows a QR labeled Your rewards code, with "Show this code at the register." You scan it to Add stamps or points at the register.
The card also shows their balance, the next reward and their level. A stamps card shows one cup for each stamp.
