Zolu AI in Docs
Improve, shorten, summarize, translate or change the tone of your text, continue writing, summarize a meeting and ask your wiki, with a monthly number of uses per person.
On this page
Inside Docs pages, Zolu AI helps you write and find answers. It always shows you a suggestion first: nothing changes until you choose.
Open Zolu AI
Select text and tap Ask Zolu AI in the toolbar.
Or type / and choose Zolu AI.
What it can do
With text selected:
Improve writing
Make shorter
Summarize
Translate to English or Translate to Spanish
Change tone: Professional, Friendly, Confident or Simple
Without a selection:
Continue writing from where your cursor is.
Summarize meeting: a summary with decisions and to-dos as checkboxes. Then Zolu offers Create tasks to turn them into tasks (you choose which).
Ask the wiki: ask a question, like "What's our refund policy?", and Zolu AI answers with the pages it used as Sources.
When the suggestion appears, choose Replace, Insert below or Discard.
Zolu AI can make mistakes. Check it before you keep it.
Privacy
Ask the wiki only reads pages you can see. It never uses private pages of other people.
The text you select (or, for Ask the wiki, parts of the pages you can see) is sent to our AI providers, Google Gemini API and, as a backup, Anthropic Claude API, only to generate the answer. Under their paid API terms, our AI providers don't use it to train their models. They may keep it for a limited time to detect misuse; the time limits are in our Privacy Policy.
How many uses you have
Uses are counted per person, per month. The window shows "X of Y AI uses left this month".
On the Free plan you have 10 uses a month.
If Zolu AI can't answer or returns nothing, that try doesn't count against your month.
Who can use it
Owners, admins and members. Guests can't.
You use it inside pages you can edit.
