Plans and limits
What the Free plan includes today, how Free limits are counted per person, how to ask for another workspace and how to get notified when Pro and Business open.

Today every workspace starts on the Free plan. Pro and Business are available soon: you can't buy them yet, but you can ask Zolu to let you know when they open.
See your plan in Settings → Plan & billing.

You'll see a notice when your workspace reaches 80% of its storage.
Free limits are counted per person
Each person can own one free workspace.
Your 1 free card and your 5 card scans with AI per month are counted for you, across all the free workspaces you're in.
Being invited to other workspaces is always free, as many as you like.
Need another workspace?
If you already own a free workspace and try to create another, Zolu shows Need another workspace? with two options:
Upgrade to Pro or Business: once your workspace is on a paid plan, you can create another free workspace.
Request access: tell the Zolu team what it's for (for example, a second business or a student club) and they'll get back to you.
Get notified when Pro opens
Wherever you see a locked feature with Soon, and in Settings → Plan & billing, tap Notify me when Pro opens (or Notify me when Business opens) and confirm with Notify me.
Inside Zolu, the confirmation appears on screen. No account yet? Do the same on getzolu.com/pricing: we confirm by email right away that you're on the list.
When that plan opens, Zolu writes to you once more to let you know, and that's it. Your email is kept only for that, and you can ask Zolu to delete it anytime.
Nothing is charged today. When paid plans open, you'll choose to upgrade yourself.
