Share, comment and export a page
Share a page with your team or with a read-only public link, let clients comment with a PIN, comment on text, restore versions and export to PDF or Markdown.

Tap Share at the top of a page to choose who sees it. Everything below needs you to be able to manage the page.
Share with your team
Link to this page: copy it. Only people who can see the page can open it.
Who can see it: Private, this space or the Whole workspace.
People: add someone from the workspace and choose Can view, Can comment or Can edit. Sharing a page also shares the pages inside it.
A public link (read-only)
Want to send a page to someone outside Zolu, like a client brief for Café Ceiba?
In Share, tap Create public link.
Copy it and send it.
Anyone with the link can read the page on zolu.me. It doesn't show up in Google. Turn off link stops it for everyone, for good (you can create a new one later).
Clients who can comment
With a public link on, you can also let people outside your workspace comment:
Under Clients who can comment, write their name and email and tap Get PIN.
Zolu emails them a 6-digit PIN, and you can Copy message to send it yourself too.
They open the link, enter their email and the PIN, and can comment on the text they select.
Their comments reach you live, marked as Guest. Up to 20 clients per page. New PIN gives them a new one, and turning off the public link removes them all.
Comments
Select text and tap Comment. The text stays highlighted and a click opens the thread.
Reply in the thread and use @ to mention someone.
Resolve closes a thread. See it again in the Resolved tab, and Reopen it if needed.
The page's author, the people in the thread and anyone mentioned get a notice in their Inbox.
Version history
Zolu saves a version every 10 minutes of editing and when the last person leaves the page. In the … menu → Version history, pick a version to see what changed since then (added in green, removed in red) and tap Restore this version. Your current text is saved as a version first, so nothing is lost.
Export
In the page's … menu:
Export as Markdown downloads a .md file.
Export to PDF opens a clean, light version of the page. Choose Print or save as PDF.
