Cancel your plan, leave or delete a workspace
How to cancel your Pro or Business plan, what happens when you go back to Free, and how to leave or delete a workspace.

You can cancel your Pro or Business plan anytime: nothing is deleted, and your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Here's how to cancel, and how to leave or delete a workspace.
Cancel your plan
Only owners and admins can manage billing.
Open Settings → Plan & billing.
Tap Manage billing. Your billing page on Stripe opens.
Choose to cancel your plan and confirm.
Back in Zolu you'll see "You canceled. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted." and the date in Plan ends on. On that date, the workspace moves to Free.
To switch between Pro and Business instead, use Change plan. If you see "Your plan is managed by the Zolu team.", write to the Zolu team to change or cancel it.
What happens when you go back to Free
Nothing is deleted. Projects, tasks, Docs pages, contacts, cards and QR codes stay.
If you have more published cards or dynamic QR codes than Free allows, Zolu gives you 7 days' notice. After that, the extra ones pause.
The owner picks what stays on: in Cards, tap Choose what stays active on the notice. If nobody chooses, the most visited stay active.
Paused cards and QR codes show "paused by its owner" and come back on their own when you upgrade again.
Leave a workspace
Open Settings → Members.
Find yourself and tap Leave workspace, then Leave workspace again to confirm.
You lose access to its projects and teams. To come back, you'll need a new invitation. A workspace always needs an owner: if you're its only owner, first make someone else the owner with Transfer ownership in Settings → General.
Delete a workspace
Only the owner can delete a workspace.
Open Settings → General and scroll to Danger zone.
Tap Delete workspace.
Type the workspace name to confirm and tap Delete workspace.
Everything inside is deleted right away for everyone, including files. Nobody will be able to get it back.
A workspace with a paid plan that renews can't be deleted. Cancel the plan first in Settings → Plan & billing.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Security and tap Delete my account. Read what's kept and what's deleted in Trash and deleting your account.
