Your profile, preferences and security
Change your name, photo, job title and time zone, choose your language and theme, and keep your account safe with your email, password and sessions.

Your account is yours across every workspace you're in. Open Settings (or My profile from your account menu) and look under My account.
Profile
How your team sees you. It applies in all your workspaces.
Display name and Job title (for example "Founder").
Upload photo: PNG, JPG or WebP. Zolu crops it into a square.
Time zone: used for "Today", overdue tasks and the time of your notifications. Leave it on Automatic (from this device) or pick a city.
Phone number (optional): private, only you see it. Zolu only uses it to pick your country in phone fields, never for marketing.
Preferences
Language: English or Spanish. Your emails come in this language too.
Theme: light, dark or follow your system.

Security
Write your New email and tap Change email. Zolu sends a confirmation link, and nothing changes until you open it.
Password
Write your Current password and the New password (at least 8 characters), then tap Change password.
Signed up with Google or an email link, or forgot your password? Tap Email me a link to set one.
Sessions
Sign out of all other devices: other phones, tablets and computers will need to sign in again. You stay signed in here.

Lost your phone? Use Sign out of all other devices from a computer, then change your password.
Delete your account
At the bottom of Security you can delete your account. See what happens in Trash and deleting your account.
