Create a club and perks for businesses
Start a free club with its own page and invite link, or offer a perk to club members as a local business.

Zolu Club has two sides. Organizers create clubs, invite members and run events. Businesses offer perks to club members and scan their passes at the counter. Both are free to start.
Create your club
Go to Club and tap Create a free club.
Fill in the Club name (for example, Riverside Run Club), the Type of club (Running club, Student organization or Community), a logo if you have one, City, Usual schedule and Meeting point.
Choose How people join: Open (anyone with the link joins right away) or With approval (you approve each request).

Your club is live right away, with its public page on zolu.me. It shows up in the Zolu Club directory once it has 5 members.
Each person can create 1 club on the Free plan, up to 5 with Pro and as many as they want with Business (Pro and Business available soon). Zolu counts your best plan among the workspaces you're part of.
Invite members and run your club
In Club → Clubs, each club has Copy my invite link. Share it in your group chat: you'll see how many people joined with it.
Open your club to see your panel:
Members: approve or reject requests, make someone a co-organizer and export your member list.
Events and check-in: create a run (once or every week), print the Door QR for your start line and see who showed up.
Perks: perks that businesses offer your club. Tap Accept or Reject. A perk for your club only shows up and works after you accept it.
Club kit: QR codes to join and check in, ready to print.
Public page: your description and who organizes it.
Offer a perk as a business
Only owners and admins of the business workspace can create perks. Members can still confirm redemptions at the counter.
Go to Club → Perks you offer (under Your business) and tap New perk.
Choose What do you offer?: a free upgrade, an extra shot, a free item, a 2-for-1, a % or $ discount, or something else. Something free usually brings members back more than a discount.
Check What members see and write the Conditions.
Choose Who it's for: Everyone (anyone with a Zolu pass), One club (search it by name) or Zolu Pro members.
Set Uses per person per day, an optional Monthly limit and dates. Then tap Create perk.
A perk for one club goes live once that club's organizer accepts it. We'll let you know. If your business is new on Zolu Club, your first perk shows In review by Zolu until our team approves your business. After that, new perks go live directly.
Redeem at the counter
Tap Club → Scan passes and point the camera at the member's pass, or Type code.
Green means it's valid: tap Confirm redemption. Red tells you why it can't be used.
Want a tablet just for the counter? Use Register mode in Club → Perks you offer and tap Connect a register to connect it with a 6-digit PIN. It only shows the scanner.

Your perk stats show how many members used it, never who. At the counter, the scanner shows the member's first name, and members who turn on Share my contact reach your Contacts.
