Your email signature is also on the list. It lives in your card's Share kit, so Open in Share kit takes you there.
Step by step
Open Cards → Materials. On your phone, tap All, open Cards and choose Materials.
Under Choose a card, pick the card the QR will lead to. It has to be published: a draft shows a notice with Open the editor so you can publish it first.
Use the filters to narrow the list: All, To print or For social.
Choose a piece. Then set it up:
Background: Meadow, Night or Ivory.
QR goes to: your card (for example
zolu.me/johnready) or one of Your dynamic QR codes. Choosing a dynamic QR never creates a new one and never uses up your plan's QR codes.Language: EN, ES or EN + ES.
For PDF pieces, pick the Version:
Print shop (0.125 in bleed): the background goes 0.125 in past the edge so nothing white shows after cutting. Turn on Add crop marks if your print shop asks for them.
Home printer (letter sheet): the piece comes on a letter sheet with a dotted cut line.
Tap Download PDF to print or Download PNG.
Your logo and the Zolu mark
Your logo goes in its fixed spot, at the same height as Zolu's. Zolu uses your card's company logo, the logo of your business card or your workspace logo; if there's none, your business name. The Zolu mark is on every piece, on every plan.
Tips before printing
Scan a test first. Print one copy, scan the QR with your phone and check that it opens the right page. Then print the rest.
Paper: for table signs and postcards, a thick card stock looks best. For stickers, ask your print shop for sticker paper.
Don't resize it. Print at 100% (actual size), not "fit to page", so the QR keeps its size.
Change where it goes later. If you point the QR to a dynamic QR code, you can change its destination afterwards without reprinting.
Example: Café Ceiba prints the table sign with the Meadow background, pointed to its menu QR. When the menu changes, they update the QR, not the signs.
